On My Way to Work

This is Mesa Street at Schuster in Downtown El Paso, the road I travel on every day. UTEP is located on Schuster. I hope to I go there someday.

And Then There's the Animals on The Ranch

A Weekend On The Ranch

No television, cell phone, work, Starbucks, or fastfood. Just miles of open country and the sounds of nature. God's creation in the great Southwest Texas.

Things We Like To Do

Typically, it's late at night. It could even be a weeknight, at around 11:00. Nothing discriminates against this opportunity. Whenever arising, I jump at the chance to video conference with the youngens, though, the majority of the time my chats are with Miss. E.

We like to play around with our apples. We LOVE them! They provide such opportunities. We give tours, visit family members and pets in other rooms, look at stuff that we are working on, read stories, download music, sing songs, and visit, sometimes until we only get a bit of a nap before getting to work the next day.

Miss E, she's so far away from home, and what a saving grace to be online together, and see her pretty face filling my laptop screen that I can pick up and take with me where ever I can keep a signal.

Amazingly, one night, I even had a family meeting with Kevin, Alaina and Elisha, and I was the mom in the laptop at the end of the kitchen table. It's almost like "Outer Limits" or "Twilight Zone." However, it's actually called "Technology."

This particular visit, she is teaching me some features on my camera, and we are having fun! Can you tell? See, we have the same kind of camera, and she is much more savvy on hers than I am on mine. She's so beautiful.
